Return of Telefis Creggan

After a gap of over twenty years the renowned video outfit ‘Telefis Creggan’ are back on our television screens once again.

There have been numerous requests for exclusive tapes within these twenty years but because of the demise of video tape and its replacement in DVD Format Telefis Creggan couldn’t assist with the demand.

Now the video outfit have sent all of their video tapes to a production firm in England in order to transfer them to the DVD format.

Once again you the pubic can view these D.V.D.’s in the comfort of your own homes to while the long nights away.

There is no recent material on these D.V.D.’s which is all the better as people can view exciting and unique moments in Crossmaglen and District history of twenty years ago.

So much has changed in the interim and the D.V.D.’s will bring people back to a period when there was more life in the town.

Among the D.V.D.’s on offer are Dan Rooney v Aeney McGinley; Dan v Michael Cash in Luton: All of the traditional weekends in Crossmaglen: Panto; first Communion and Confirmation plus Pony Gig races and Marches in the area.

Also the late Fr Halpenny’s tape memories. The trip to ‘Live at Three’ for a bus load  of Cullyhanna residents!
