Armstrong’s Centra Crossmaglen opens new in-store off-licence

February 17, 2014

ARMSTRONG’S Centra, Crossmaglen has improved its offering for shoppers with the recent opening of a new off-licence.

The off-licence will offer an extensive range of quality wines along with an extensive range of spirits and beers.

This addition builds on in-store improvements completed at the end of last year including a new kitchen and extended hot food service.

The store, which is situated centrally in Crossmaglen, already serves as a hub of the community and the off-licence will now provide shoppers with even more convenience and a wider choice of products.

Armstrong’s Centra, Crossmaglen owner Charles Armstrong said: “Since purchasing the store three years ago we have undertaken many developments to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our customers.

“We currently offer a wide range of chilled, frozen and ambient groceries and provide services including an ATM, Paypoint, Lottery and GAA Tickets.

“Our in-store off-licence has been developed due to demand from both our regular customers and visitors to the area and I’m very pleased to be able to provide this additional service to the local community,” Charles added.

Centra is part of Musgrave Retail Partners NI (MRPNI) which supports over 250 independent retail stores in Northern Ireland, including SuperValu and Mace, with a combined turnover in excess of £600 million.  MRPNI is part of the Musgrave Group, the leading partner to more than 3,500 entrepreneurial retailers and food service professionals in the UK, Ireland and Spain.
