February 17, 2014

Watters Old Coach Inn in Castleblaney is celebrating its 5th Anniversary next weekend with a star studded line-up of local musical talent, kick-starting with the Kelle Redmond band on Thursday 20th February.

Proprietor Raymond Watters, who took over the bar and restaurant 5 years ago, invites all to celebrate with him during four nights of top class musical entertainment which locals have come to expect from the Old Coach Inn.

The last 5 years have seen the venue go from strength to strength. Completely modernised since it changed hands in 2009, the Old Coach Inn also serves delicious homemade food in its beautiful restaurant and offers a function room catering for all types of private parties.

It is firmly established as a Country Music vehicle and next weekend is no different with country music favourites Eamon McCann Band and The Hughes Brothers set to get toes tapping on Friday and Saturday night respectively.

On Sunday night, topping off four nights of fantastic musical entertainment will be country music favourites, The Patrick Feeney Band.

Admission is free every night throughout the 5th Anniversary celebrations so for a great night of music, drinking and craic, come along and join the staff and patrons of the Old Coach Inn as they celebrate 5 years of serving and entertaining the people of Blaney and beyond.

Raymond Watters would like to thank all the patrons of The Old Coach Inn for their support over the last 5 years and extend particular thanks to his dedicated staff who make it all possible.
