Issue 1149 – St Mary’s P.S, Mullaghbawn hosts ‘Come Dine With Me’

March 16, 2015

St Mary’s Primary School brought the school community and beyond together on Saturday 7th March for an innovative ‘Come Dine With Me’ style fundraiser.  Twenty five friends of the school stepped up to be hosts for the night and invited family and friends to their homes for a dinner party.
Theme menus brought a variety of food, drinks and traditions from around the world to these South Armagh homes.  All parties congregated in Mullaghbawn football club to be entertained by Benny Tierney.  Spot prizes, raffles and dancing made the night a super success.  The school would like to extend thanks to the many sponsors, staff and parents who contributed to the event in any way.  For further information about up and coming events check out the school’s webpage at www.stmarysps.org.
