Armagh Club GAA All-Stars Awards 2018

The Carrickdale Hotel was packed to capacity for the presentation of the Armagh Club All-Star Awards 2018.

The awards covered the Cormac Leonard sponsored Armagh Senior, Intermediate and Junior championship with 6 different clubs represented in the All-Star Selection. Senior championship finalists got 5 awards each with Paul Hughes, Aaron Kernan, Johnny Hanratty and Kyle Carragher representing Crossmaglen Rangers and defeated finalists and League champions Ballymacnab having Sean Hughes, Ryan Kennedy, Michael Beagan, Rory Grugan and Jack Grugan selected. Intermediate Winners St Peter’s picked up two awards, Robbie Geary at 6 and Niall Creaney at half forward and one to beaten Intermediate finalists Mullaghbawn with the championships top scorer Eddie English honoured. Junior champions Keady had corner-back Jack Molloy selected with Maghery’s Aidan Forker at half-forward completing the line up. As well as the coveted All-Stars the following awards were announced: Junior Club Hurler of the Year, Senior Club Hurler of the Year, Junior Club Footballer of the Year, Intermediate Club Footballer of the Year, Senior Club Footballer of the Year, Handballer of the Year, County Hurler of the Year, County Footballer of the Year, Underage Club of the Year and Club of the Year.
