Successful cycle/walk raises £4,000
August 3, 2010
The Cullyhanna-based Ciaran Caraher Memorial Fund committee held a fundraising cycle and walk in the village last weekend. The event was organised to raise money for the Accident and Emergency unit in Daisy Hill Hospital.
More than seventy people took part with some participating in the 10 mile cycle while others completed the six mile walk.
