Michael to lead the bards at Armagh

Celebrated South Armagh bard and storyteller, Michael Quinn from Mullaghbawn will lead the Bards of Armagh when the big competition gets underway on Friday night next at the City Hotel in Armagh.

As happened last year, he will set the tone for the evening in front of 950 patrons packed into the hotel and get the people into full humorous mood in his own singular way.

One of the greatest of all Irish bards of the modern era, Michael Quinn has, for many years, been promoting the art of versification and storytelling throughout Ireland and many parts of the world.
