Ulster Club Football league draw

The draw for the 2009 Ulster Club Senior Football League took place on Tuesday 20th January.  There will be a total of 36 clubs in the competition representative of 8 of the 9 counties.

Cavan is the only county without a participant while participation from Down and Fermanagh is limited to one club each Longstone and Derrylin respectively. Donegal have three clubs entered while Armagh will have four clubs in action Clan Na Gael, Ballymacnab, Silverbridge and Whitecross. Antrim are next with five clubs followed by Tyrone who have 8. Derry are the top county in the competition with 11 clubs in the competition.

The teams have been divided into 6 groups of 6 with each team playing each other once. The 6 group winners and 2 best runners-up will qualify for the quarter finals. 

The first series of games will commence on Sunday 8th February.
