Camlough man charged with catalogue of historical childsex abuse charges
A former Camlough man with a current address in Rosscarbery, County Cork, has appeared in court charged with a catalogue of child sex abuse charges relating to offences perpetrated against 3 male victims which began almost 30 years ago.
The accused appeared at Newry Courthouse last Wednesday (24th November) charged with 12 counts of indecent assault, gross indecency and attempted buggery committed over a period of 7 years between January 1988 and December 1995.
His alleged victims are believed to be family members.
The man, who is in his mid forties, was released on fixed bail and is due to appear in Newry Magistrates Court on 23rd December.
