The draw between the 14 teams for the 4 Round Robin Groups in the Armagh Cormac Leonard Commercial Junior Football Championship has been made there are some very interesting games in prospect in the two 4 team and the two 3 team groups with the top two teams in each Group progressing to the quarter finals. There is an all South Armagh Group 2 of 4 teams with Belleek the fancied of the 4 neighbours as they tackle St Pat’s Seconds, Killeavy Seconds and St Michaels.Championship favourites recent Junior A League winners Clonmore have been paired with Clady and Lissummon.With 3 County Seniors in their ranks Forkhill are fancied by many to do well in the championship with their first task to qualify out of Group 3 where they will face Dorsey and Collegeland.

Mullaghbawn return to senior ranks

July 30, 2019 

Successive promotions has seen Mullaghbawn return to Senior Football after a 10 year absence as they claimed the Intermediate Football League A title with a match remaining. Mullaghbawn were declared winners following defeat at home for second placed St Pauls 2-11 to 2-12 by Shane O Neills. In their last match of the league the newly crowned champions travel to Wolfe Tones with the home side needing victory as they try to avoid joining Middletown as the second relegated team from Intermediate A. In Intermediate B Tullysarran were the title winners with Keady as Runner-up. Eire Óg and Crossmaglen Rangers drop down to Junior ranks.
